The Story

  • Flying Brats was born in 2012 out of an idea from Wolfgang (Helicopter Pilot), Anton (browning specialist) and Jay FC (design freak) to cater finest sausages for Hong Kong’s most famous Music and Arts Festival, Clockenflap .

    The Flying Brats Team was serving the hungry fans for more than 24 hours and got overwhelming responses to the sausages which were served in freshly baked original german buns. Thrilled by the success it was decided to extend the catering to other events in Hong Kong spread out over the year.
